General Comments
The premises comprise a warehouse storage unit, which was a former aircraft hanger, with a loading / unloading apron to the front.
Montrose is located between the North and South Esk Rivers. It has a population of some 11,250 persons, and is positioned on the North East Coast of Scotland, approximately 30 miles north of Dundee and 38 miles south of Aberdeen.
The A92 and A935 link the town to the trunk road network. It has its own railway station that links northwards to Aberdeen and southwards to Edinburgh.
