The finishing touches are being put to a major overhaul of the former Seedcrushers plant on Elliot Industrial Estate, Arbroath.
The five acre site, which has lain derelict for a number of years, was recently purchased by local property developers Elliot Estates Ltd, who are now transforming it into a complex of warehouses/industrial units available for lease.
The units will range from 608 sq m/6,500 sq ft to 1,350 sq m/14,500 sq ft, and each comes with good access and high eaves.
A large office area (413 sq m/4,500 sq ft) will also be available, and may be either leased as a whole or sub-divided according to the needs of incoming businesses.
