Angus Council manages a range of modern business premises and serviced employment land, including over 315,000 sq ft of workshops, offices and warehouses, and development plots in each of the County's main towns. The Council's Economic Development Division provides a single point of contact for land- and property- related enqueries, and supports private sector development activity through joint work with Scottish Enterprise and the Scottish Property Network, marketing initiatives, and the provision of market data. The Council has an annual development budget of around £1m, and projects currently in the pipeline include business parks and starter units for Carnoustie and Kirriemuir.
